Xur and Gjallahorn
If the "rumors" are in fact true and Xur no longer sells the Gjallahorn then I have an issue with this. I have buddies with hundreds of hours of play time that don't have a Ghorn, I have buddies that have 7 Ghorns and I have 1. Everyone should be able to get any weapon they want so they can play and enjoy the game they purchased the way they want to play. How is it right to make people grind and be frustrated every week because they only every get shards (like I do all the time) and never get good gear. I have 1 ghorn, I would like to get 3 total so I can have one on every character and not have to wonder if my app on my phone will load. I would like my buddies to stop being frustrated with the horrible drop system. I get everyone thinks you should earn it, and I say that buy doing the missions to get the coins counts as earning your gear. The countless weeks of grinding for the ghorn and only seeing it once, or never is unbalanced when players get 7 of these weapons. This weapon isn't to OP, Crota still has to be killed by a sword. Atheon could easily be buffed to compensate for more Ghorns.... Really Atheon could use a buff anyway, hes kinda easy. You get these players that are so set against Xur ever selling the Ghorn and I really don't see how anyone could agree with that. This is a game that is meant to bring joy and excitement to people, as a player why would you not want your fellow guardians to enjoy their game? Why would you want them to suffer and get discouraged from playing their game? How can you possibly think your attitude towards denying other people the enjoyment of getting the weapon they desire the most is acceptable? It is outright rude to tell people that they don't deserve to enjoy their games and deny them the ability to finally get an item they want, even if its from Xur. They do the missions, do the strikes and raids. Why are they any less deserving than you? Shame on you guys, people have the right to enjoy their games and not have to put up with your bitter attitudes trying to deny them that.
Edit: instead of trying to insult me, which you all suck at btw. Try to give ideas on how to enable players the ability to get this weapon, without RNG.

Megaman had the ability to see into the future and discover what xur will bring. One day megaman discovered that xur will not sell gjally before house of wolves came out. House of wolves would change the future of xur so there was no point seeing past that time. Other guardians incorrectly interpreted that as him never selling it again and the rumor started. But in reality these is no proof of that. Xur is a little more secretive and is now able to elude megaman's ability to see into the future.

Why do people think they are intitled to everything in a game just because they bought it?There should be items that are hard to get and that are actually rarer than most.That being said I don't think anything is rare in this game I'm sure there are hundreds of thousands of gjallarhorn out there.

Literally half the game is RNG if bungie just gave you everything or even made it easier to get it would destroy the game everyone would have everything an their would be no reason to play. You play to get good gear. So keep playing.

It's not the last gun that I need to finish my collection, I just want it very bad. I'm not opening posts asking Bungie to make Xur sell it. Please stop trying to make how to get guns easier and have fun. If you need a ghorn to enjoy this game then you missed the point.

2 отв.You know that rng is a mechanic designed to keep people playing without having to create large amounts of content. The minute you get all the guns and gear you want, you play time drops. Now why would Bungie want everyone to get the hands on gjallahorn or any other prized gear too easily?

Its a grindfest but i agree everybody should hace atleast one ge sold it once why not again only people who would say no are greedy i have scrapped three n still have two so people owning one wonrlt bug me one bit

There is a difference between earning and buying. The real question is deserving. As of right now, Xur sells exotics too cheaply to be considered earned. I'm sorry, but if you buy a gjallahorn from xur and start claiming you earned the weapon just because you spent 2 hours getting coins, then that's wrong. Especially if you start rubbing it in to the people who grinded it from RNG. If you beat crota, atheon, and night falls, to get it, you earned it. If you get shards from a nightfall, that's what you earned from the nightfall. You randomly earn an item. You earned something. Numbers just decide what you get. If you killed atheon and earned a gjallahorn. Then that's what you earned from beating the raid.

1 ответI want Gjallahorn for sure. Never drops for me. However I never have a problem finding a raid party thats not happy with my max hunger of crota. Which is very easy to get.

It's a gun in a game. Stop treating it like it's a child. Its a flipping video game. Its funny to see people complain about one single weapon over and over. Idc if he sells gally even tho i don't have one. Just enjoy the game and grind. Cause if its sold you'll stop playing guaranteed

Gjallarhorn seems to work in one of two ways. The game will either spam you with it, or it tries to make you chase it like a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow.

2 отв.Man, it's grinding. It's RNG It's all Random. Play Iron Banner that's how i got mine. The exotic drop is doubled for the IB. Or idk Just keep grinding.
