Echo of Reprisal
I cannot unlock the Echo of Reprisal Void Fragment on my warlock from ikora ray in the tower. I cannot meditate. the learning light quest is not in my quest list or in the quest archive terminal. i have even completed quests that come after learning light, quid pro quo, and restless slumber.

1 ReplyHi there, Thank you for reaching out. Echo of Reprisal may not unlock directly from speaking with Ikora. In investigated cases, it unlocked during the Refracted Lessons mission in Learning Light instead. If Learning Light is still on your Warlock, please continue it through the Shaw Han and Cosmodrome steps, then return to Ikora and check again. If the meditation prompt near Ikora is not working, try landing in the Tower via the Annex first, then go to Ikora and try again.
