Hello, I am having an issue with my old Season Passes on PC. I originally bought these seasons/passes on my PS4/PS5 back when they were launched. I have recently moved to PC, and my Cross-Save is fully active and working, with my PlayStation account correctly set as the main/active account. I can see and play with my original characters normally. I also already own all DLCs/Expansions on PC. However, when I try to access the old archived content (Timeline Reflections / past seasons), the game asks me to purchase the passes again. Since Season Passes and Dungeon Keys are supposed to transfer between platforms via Cross-Save, could you please help me fix this license/entitlement bug on my account? Thank you!
