I'm already seeing people complain about paying $20 for rehashed areas with almost NO story content and strikes which are rehashed versions of other strikes we already had. You basically paid $20 for a 1-2hour, probably quicker, raid.
How does it feel? It burns, doesn't it?
Did you honestly think this one pathetic attempt at scrambling to pick up the pieces was going to work? Of course it wouldn't.
It failed. It fell flat on its face. It never had a chance of succeeding in what it set out to do. The pitiful story missions, the copy paste strikes.
They need to get the raid design team to do missions. The lack of creativity in Bungie is ASTOUNDING. What the -blam!- went wrong?
I've already had this game for 3 months so I can't get a full refund. But you can damn well bet on me clawing as much back as I can.
You've broken many people's trust in you Bungie. Even more so with this pathetic excuse for a DLC. I am so happy so see it blow up in your face, you deserved it. After all we have said, asking for more strike variety and story variety, you flip us the bird.
Damn it Bungie. You used to be great. Now you're a husk of what you used to be. I've said it before and I'll say it again - Ya dun -blam!-ed up. Ya dun -blam!-ed it up again Bungie.
Edit: Holy shit 1000 replies.

I can understand the cost to entertainment ratio, so day $10 per hour of content, but then I comparing that ratio to games like GTA 5, I can also agree it's slightly lacking. I do like the new content though, stuff is really fun! Good hunting guardians.

5 RespuestasSo myself and a few others attempted the raid blind, no research done into it before hand other that's it's hive so bring solar for wizards. We spend 3 hours having a blast and didn't reach the second check point (at the bridge with sword bearers) it was fun trying to figure it out, and then I spend a mother few hours doing the missions and bounties. I got my monies worth. I'm happy

Level cap raised. That in of itself is worth the money to me.

-
Id spend more having a couple drinks out or going to a movie. 20 doesn't bother me for an evenings fun...and this will pay off in little ways longer
-
I would complain but unfortunately I have a job and can afford such things =[

$20 for even 2 hours of entertainment is a one deal you welfare case. $10 an hour? What's the problem?
-
In b4 the white-knights arrive!

Editado por Swoope: 12/10/2014 1:14:33 AMEh, I'm personally enjoying it myself. And besides it's just $20.00 lol

Honestly I think they've made vast improvements to their game this far. No one seems to say it when comparing destiny to any mmo, but destiny has updates so often it puts many of them to shame.
-
2 RespuestasRehashed content... *Looks at The Wakening mission* ... Rehashed... *Looks at Omnigul and Undying Mind* ... Well, maybe if I turn my head sideways and get REALLY drunk...

1 RespuestaBungie is only Bungie in name. The major talent left. It's now a 500 man operation designed to generate a 10 year revenue stream for themselves and activision.

7 RespuestasI never really been part of a forum for a game (destiny brought me to this) but do people complain and cry like this about every game? Its as if someone killed your dog? Its just a fuking game people! You bought a game knowing it was going to be kind of a mmo. Why are you surprised they charge you for a DLC? You don't like the game...stop playing it! Fuking just solved your problem...now move on!

Of it burns, go see a doctor. It should not burn.

The hatred is strong with this one........

I'm still playing Dragon Age and Warcraft, I'll probably get around to returning back to Destiny by the time 'House of Wolves' comes out.

2 RespuestasEditado por Trilidoor: 12/9/2014 11:35:12 PMYour title says they broke their promise. What did they promise you? You didnt explain that part in your ramblings.
-
That reads like ramblings of a lunatic. The kind that's scribbled in blood on the walls of a old cell
-
Yea man, i just feel that i waste 35 bucks... :/ well i think i cant do shit now. This raid is not what i was expecting and vanguar guns and gear is just horrible.

5 RespuestasAre you really that cheap? If 20$ is to much for a dlc then why did you buy it, knowing full well you'd probably just come to the forums and complain about it? -blam!-ing tool. 20 bucks is one trip to McDonald's with me and my friends. It's pocket change.. But apparently that's your entire paycheck the way you make it out to be. Sell the game and log out of the forums you pansy

2 RespuestasIt isn't about the length of the raid. It's the new content coupled with the new gear and grinding up to max level again..
-
17 RespuestasYou spend $20 on lunch or dinner in a day, that gives you pleasure for 10-20 minutes. I'd rather pay $20 for the DLC that gives me a host of new exotics (armor and weapon) a raid and new bounties

I think most of the issues here come from activision not allowing bungie to push back release date of the game. I don't foresee the next expansion being any different from this expansion. I do think whatever expansion follows after will be far more expansive. Only time shall tell.
