I'm already seeing people complain about paying $20 for rehashed areas with almost NO story content and strikes which are rehashed versions of other strikes we already had. You basically paid $20 for a 1-2hour, probably quicker, raid.
How does it feel? It burns, doesn't it?
Did you honestly think this one pathetic attempt at scrambling to pick up the pieces was going to work? Of course it wouldn't.
It failed. It fell flat on its face. It never had a chance of succeeding in what it set out to do. The pitiful story missions, the copy paste strikes.
They need to get the raid design team to do missions. The lack of creativity in Bungie is ASTOUNDING. What the -blam!- went wrong?
I've already had this game for 3 months so I can't get a full refund. But you can damn well bet on me clawing as much back as I can.
You've broken many people's trust in you Bungie. Even more so with this pathetic excuse for a DLC. I am so happy so see it blow up in your face, you deserved it. After all we have said, asking for more strike variety and story variety, you flip us the bird.
Damn it Bungie. You used to be great. Now you're a husk of what you used to be. I've said it before and I'll say it again - Ya dun -blam!-ed up. Ya dun -blam!-ed it up again Bungie.
Edit: Holy shit 1000 replies.

Editado por Wizzleworth: 12/10/2014 6:31:31 PMI hope Bungee takes a full day off to eat popcorn and watch tears flow. This stuff is beyond ridiculous. I hope they come out with a new exclusive mission for non dlc buyers called Tears of Crota

Me and my friends actually really enjoy the DLC and I'm buying the next.

4 RespuestasPlease stop playing and get off the forums. Im tired of your tears. Same goes for all other forum babies.

You are unbelievingly shortsighted, you can't even read the comments to see you are wrong.

I love the DLC! It's been a blast. Difficult and creepy at times. Even what we managed of the raid was worth the price of admission. I thought there was a great step forward in story telling and can't wait to see them build on it. I'd really like to see some cutscenes. Think it'll help push the story. I'm sorry you can't find anything worth while in this game. Maybe, for the sake of your health, you should find something that brings you joy and let some of that stress go. There are plenty of games out there. Stop devoting so much energy to one that causes you so much grief

Go away kid. Your mom's calling you...

I personally think this DLC was amazing.

You sound like a girl that didn't get called.

12 RespuestasHoly shit its 20 dollars. Its nothing just to get a little content. Everyone holds $20 in such high esteem on these forums.
-
What's this guy talking about?
-
3 RespuestasThe new strike is acually the most unique out of all of em.
-
We should have had more story missions and more cut scenes I agree with this.
-
If I enjoy the game I will play it, and I enjoy it so I will play it. See how that works?

7 RespuestasEditado por Mairwand: 12/10/2014 7:56:07 AMPeople are so incredibly and annoyingly proud and arrogant that they just can not admit they wasted 25 bucks on a poor tedious fragment of game, wrapped in a greedy plan made by a company interested ONLY in usurping money from every idiot who bought Destiny for what is was advertised! It's impossible to make this people realize how pathetic and ridiculous their performance as little sheeps realy are (and believe me, its just a performance, because deep down they know they've been deceived). In order to never have to admit they were completely fooled by Bungie, they'll defend Destiny to DEATH, never conceiving that we are here, in this FORUM, because we see through the bullshit, and we are complaining because we have been tricked and ignored by a company that WE TRUSTED! Yes, IT WAS FALSE ADVERTISE! But no, this condescending jerks will BOMB every topic that isn't saying "I love Destiny" with the same tired line: "If you dont like it, go play CoD". Yes! LET US ALL SUPPORT the MEDIOCRITY and buy the remaining fragments of this shity game for which we already payed full price over the next 10 years as DLC! That sounds brilliant! And also, lets attack everyone who doesn't love Destiny for what "it can become"! It's like they are saying: "look, we just bought a giant piece of shit that was suposed to be a game! But dont you dare complain about it! You gotta see the shits potential to become fertilizer". (sorry about the misspellings, english is not my native language).

Man...you've just been lurking and waiting in order to get this out at the perfect time haven't you? How many revisions did this go through before you deemed it the perfect waste of time?

50 RespuestasAnd blind morons still defend this piece of shit game, I got the DLC/expansion pass when I bought the game, im not even bothering. Ive been doing the same shit over and over since release, im not doing it again because I had a long hard think about it at work today and I think its best to trade it in for something else. And before you can write 'why even bother coming to the forums just to say you are gonna quit?' well its because I actually cared about this game once, that's why.
-
why is it always the guy that uses a fusion rifle that is crying about i hate this game i think bungie owes us something big. you know what you have 3 extra exotics and 2 strikes that us on xbox cant play or use. so how about you stop your bitching and go along with all the other playstation players and do the things we cant yet. i think its sad though that in Mw3 xbox got things first but it was only a month ahead not a year.

Editado por Cracknut Whirrun: 12/10/2014 4:39:25 PMFrom a $ vs. entertainment standpoint, I've reached a better value than going to the movies twice over as I have aleady invested over 4 hours into the DLC (which I have enjoyed) and have yet to do the raid or strike.
-
3 RespuestasI'm curious as to what you think is feasible as far as coding extensive game sequences in a 3 month time frame.

6 RespuestasI broke my promise and spent $20 on the DLC I said I wouldn't. The actual game play is eh...good enough as a time distraction. Not amazing, but certainly not worst game ever either. What got to me was Activision's hellbent approach to withhold original gaming content to release it in the form of DLCs. An expansion pack 3 months after original launch date? NOT having to download anything to access DLC content? Clearly there's something else going on in the background. But who knows, maybe this feeling of guilt and shame for breaking that promise to myself in addition to my innate aversion to dancing to someone else's ulterior motives will make me more consciousness about who I buy future games from. It surely won't be anything associated to Activision

7 RespuestasI got my $20 worth yesterday alone! I played for 16 straight hours and had a great time. Let's do some equivalencies. If I would have gone to the movies for 16 hours, it would have cost roughly 88 dollars. If I would have gone to my local pool hall to shoot pool for 16 hours it would have cost me 96 dollars. If I would have sat at the bar all day it would be at least $200. If I went to 4 football games it would have been $800 dollars. $20 is chump change and if you can't afford it you probably shouldn't be wasting your time playing video games. Go get another job.

Editado por DAU Terren: 12/10/2014 1:34:20 PMAnyone who think they got "their money's worth" is stupid. Activision has a 30% profit margin. Hardly any industry nor single company has profit margins that high. You stupid people rationalize your purchase and just fuel Activision's unhealthy business practices

My only gripes with the DLC is that I cannot replay the first mission and that there is no way to upgrade Faction legendary gear other than rebuy or wait for it to redrop. The new missions were great, Im glad they started them all in existing territory. The one, =( ,new strike I got was great, but a little short. Finally the raid retains the intricacy and uniqueness I expected.

You know there's a mission when Xur comes right?
