Haha! Once again you broke your promise!
I'm already seeing people complain about paying $20 for rehashed areas with almost NO story content and strikes which are rehashed versions of other strikes we already had. You basically paid $20 for a 1-2hour, probably quicker, raid.
How does it feel? It burns, doesn't it?
Did you honestly think this one pathetic attempt at scrambling to pick up the pieces was going to work? Of course it wouldn't.
It failed. It fell flat on its face. It never had a chance of succeeding in what it set out to do. The pitiful story missions, the copy paste strikes.
They need to get the raid design team to do missions. The lack of creativity in Bungie is ASTOUNDING. What the -blam!- went wrong?
I've already had this game for 3 months so I can't get a full refund. But you can damn well bet on me clawing as much back as I can.
You've broken many people's trust in you Bungie. Even more so with this pathetic excuse for a DLC. I am so happy so see it blow up in your face, you deserved it. After all we have said, asking for more strike variety and story variety, you flip us the bird.
Damn it Bungie. You used to be great. Now you're a husk of what you used to be. I've said it before and I'll say it again - Ya dun -blam!-ed up. Ya dun -blam!-ed it up again Bungie.

Remember when developers cared about their creations, and not just the money. I was the most excited person for bungie and their new content. I will never be buying anything from them ever again. You bring eris to the tower with 5 lackluster bounties 6(if you're a Titan) one of them being a wait for -blam!-ing xur? Are you -blam!-ing kidding me bungie really? What happened to giving accomplishments to even achieve in the first place. These strikes are literally just story missions backwards with a different boss fight. I'm so disgusted at all of you at bungie. Even more disgusted with everyone on these forums still defending them. Stop accusing these people of being whiny bitches, because they're not, they're consumers who see that they are not nearly getting their money's worth from a company who consistently produced nothing but the best. They're the intelligent ones, enjoy the future of gaming if you don't stop these problems now.

I do agree with Mr OP. Though I still play because I have a fun community to grind with. But Bungie did break their promise. I expected a drawn out story but literally, nothing, is explained. I enjoyed the simple DLC but in would have liked a little enlightening on the back story. Hmm.

What is astounding is how, evidentially, the people who HAVE the money to just keep feeding the trash that is Destiny are the people who are also stupid enough to do it. If everyone would just stop... Take a step back... And look at the situation they would truly see what we see. It's like being in a bad relationship and realizing that there are other fish in the sea. It just takes that cognitive realization.

Currently I am an Aeronautical Engineering student with college 3 times a week, and I go in an extra day to go to the Hangar, do coursework etc etc. Travel costs are £1200 a year. Food costs are about £15 a week. Then I have my equipment and uniform costs, which equate to about another £300 a year. On top of THAT I have to pay for my B1 Engineering license which is £5000 (ish). All my spare time is taken up by completing coursework for my B1. I'm paying probably around £7000 a year. Does it seem to you that it would at all be possible for me to get a job? And I'm only paying for about £700 of that, with money I earned in the summer. My family is helping pay the rest, but any money I get goes towards it. You see? Not everyone can actually afford it. Not all of us have jobs, or can even get jobs. Believe me, I've tried. I've gone to GAME, Waterstones, Morrinsons, Costa, Starbucks, Games Workshop. There are NO spaces. Keep up with "Oh it's just 20 $$$$$$$" Not all of us have jobs. Some of us are paying insane amounts of money for a young person to actually do things with their life.

buddy i agree with you with everything…. but remember who is the real culprit….. ACTIVISION! they invented the tactic "copy and paste" method, they also invented the "scrap content/resell" tactic because punk ass real kids loved getting -blam!-ed int he ass because they had no idea they were getting -blam!-ed. this game would of been a COD killer and something amazing if bungie hadn't had their heads up their asses and went with a different company.

2 Respuestas5hours for Eris Story and Strike 10hours Crota's End Raid New Gear and Weapons New Strikes New Mp Maps Btw the Raid Gear looks sick ^_^ The only think what i miss are 2 Cutscenes, An explanation about how Eris survived and EndCutscene for beating Crota But overall it is a very very good Expansion for 20bucks

5 RespuestasThough the content might be lacking, where else could you get six to eight hours worth of entertainment for $20? I mean you can't go see a 2 hour movie with a small soda and popcorn for less then $25.50. The price of admission to a really shitty theme park is like $40-$50. As far as I can tell it's worth at least the $20 just for the time you can spend with it. It might not be "new" and seem rehashed but when you look at the time it takes to play through all of the bounties, the missions, the strike/strikes if your ps4, and the raid you easily get 3-5 hours that's not including the amount of time to fully rank and gather the new gear, which with the RNG bullshit could take a month or more.

Think a lot of people here still miss the point. It's not the cost I care about it's the fact this and the next dlc should have been included in the first place. I've got both dlc's and I will play them but I have lost a lot of respect for Bungie.

This one time I bought veggie dip and I didn't like it. I didn't go back to the store and throw a tantrum. I didn't ask them to change the ingredients in the veggie dip "because I'm the customer and it needs to fit my tastes". (Now before I conclude this analogy I must admit I was wearing my big boy pants so that could have something to do with it.) When I found out that I didn't like veggie dip....I threw it away and moved on with my life.

6 RespuestasY do people keep saying that there is no story. For there to be a "story" there would be a bunch of cutscenes that would be unskippable and people would complain about that. If u literally listen and/or read the damn mission quotes or the item quotes that u have to turn in, u can rare that there is a story in place. JUST READ. Bungie is giving us a story, so we can either read the little sentence or two before we pick up the missions or we can ask for long ass cutscenes that we will inevitably cry about

The guy that had a huge part in designing the VoG got promoted to work alongside the mission designers after it's successful reception - probably why the Crota's End missions are more different/fun!
