Actually reading what you just said, and thinking back to the only time it got a bit annoying with runners was when I was new to strikes. When 2 people load up who dont really know what they are doing and where they are going and the 3rd experienced person and shoots off, that can get frustrating. I remember having that early on, that's why I myself am always conscious of people who are struggling or seem like they don't know what they are doing and help them out.
