Crowd Control Question
Does Crowd Control reset with reload? I used it last night and watched the numbers. It seemed to be resetting when I reloaded. My reload speed is WAY less than 3 seconds (Hunter with Chain of Woe and Hand Cannon arm pieces). So, does anyone know this or could someone test this out also? I know I could have just miss read the numbers but it did not seem to be there after I reloaded.
