Well, here we are, clanmates. It's been 3 years of hard work, but we've established a very strong foundation with which to construct an outstanding fighting force. In the past, we've relied upon a fairly loose set of standards for the chain of command; this will be changing soon. More rigid enforcement and compliance with clan code and Chain of Command will encourage loyalty, and raise productivity of our members. Recruiting will be a more lenient process, allowing people to join and undergo preliminary training before being selected to join permanently. I, the leader and founder, am realizing quickly that my work schedule is starting to make it apparent that I'll need to dole out responsibilities a bit more liberally than I have in the past. Individuals that exhibit overt and extensive initiative will advance and begin to carry the weight of the clan on their shoulders while I am working or away. [spoiler]Take the initiative.
