It was just announced on Bungie's Twitter page! It comes with "Guidebook to the City;" a book with artwork inspired by the game, and details the history of the City and it's residents, and some of the major events that took place there. It also has an exclusive Pulse Rifle, Shrike paint-job, and a hand-made statue of a Fallen Captain, similar to the Noble Team statue made for Reach's Legendary Edition.
