Do you think its ok if CoD players started playing Destiny?
Im a CoD player and im wondering what the bungie community thinks of us playing their game.

It's true that CoD has one of the worst communities and that letting them in might destabilize our... I'll say 'wonderful' (I use that term sparingly here) group of peeps. An influx of more interest in Destiny would only help in the long run. Plus, think of all the noobs who'll see your awesome armor and guns and say like a small child, "I want to be like that guardian someday, I'm going to put dedication and time into being the best around".

I used to play CoD, stopped at MW3. I liked Advanced Warfare's storymode, but its multiplayer.. ehh. I feel like Destiny is the right mix of RPG and FPS. Join uuusssss...

1 RespuestaIn a franchise long COD player. Destiny pvp can get annoying because of that sometimes but sniping in this game is pretty easy. I love the pve content. Sure it's gotten a little old now because of the sheer amount that I play but over all I think it's a great game. Patiently waiting for the 19th.

I don't think it would make a big difference. The styles of play are so different that being good at cod doesn't guarantee that you'll be good at destiny. More bullets to kill, pistols suddenly became wonderful, chest shots lost their power with a sniper, twenty foot vertical jumping, 2 melees to kill, the entire super and regeneration of grenades and melee. It's just so different.

Played cod 4, waw, mw2, black ops, and mw3. Kicked ass at all of them, maybe not so much on cod 4 as it was my first, but I came from halo 3 and was pretty good at it. I have and play AW but im 1st prestige rank 20, and a freakin casual. Anyways, I wreck or at least compete with a lot of crucible tryhards. Im not even a crucible guy. Id be considered a casual in crucible actually lol CodPlayersMasterRace hahaha
