Its fake. Its made the rounds before. The pictures are from a very disturbed artist who specializes in shock art. They are latex models made to look realistic.

*Looks through thread.* I must say I feel like I say this way too often ever since the site update, but damn it is really easy to tell who the kids ITT are. In case my opinion on this isn't clear I wasn't phased at all and the pics were kind of meh.
