Officially confirmed by multiple sauces
Marathon only sold 5 copies. 4 on Steam and 1 on PS. Nobody even bothered to ask Xbox.
That’s roughly $200, but Marathon cost many more $$$ to make. Sony is reportedly chopping onions right now.
Meanwhile, there are only 2 concurrent players desperately trying to find, kill and loot each other, but they’re playing on different maps.
You literally cannot make this up.
In other news, RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic just came out on Xbox. Instant purchase.

2 RespuestasIt's not even in the top 50 for daily active players on Steam (where most of It's playerbase is). There's more people playing Cyberpunk still than playing it. It's not going to immediately die or anything, but if you think anyone at Sony is thrilled about this, you're crazy. I do get that people constantly posting about it is annoying, but it's not like we have anything interesting about D2 to talk about.

4 RespuestasI always liked the Roller Coaster/Zoo Tycoons that let you walk around in your park. The ones that were strictly overhead never grabbed me as much. That was actual decades ago, though. My opinion could be different now. :p
