If this old Titan seems 'new', it could be because of the power banding changes in Edge of Fate. Power levels were changed from 1900-2010 when Final Shape ended, to 10-550. All items and characters were reduced to 10 power - however your Titan is 8 power because they have the Festival of the Lost helmet on, which is 0 power outside that event.
