Seasonal Content / Progression Issue
Returning player.
Season 28 active, Season Pass owned.
All expansions owned (except Dungeon Pass).
The HELM does not appear in the Director.
No seasonal intro mission available.
Checked all destinations and quest archive.
Created a new character and played to orbit – still no HELM.
This looks like a missing seasonal intro flag / progression lock.
Requesting a server-side fix.

Once Edge of Fate launched and the Final Shape seasonal content was removed, HELM too was removed as it no longer served a purpose. There have not been any similar seasonal storylines for Edge of Fate/Renegades just the shorter expansions for each, and what are now called 'Reward Passes' rather than 'Season Passes'. So it is correct that you neither see any way to access HELM nor have seen any seasonal intro missions.
