I've completed multiple portal activities (including on Ultimate difficulty), killed enemies with the event bow as well as Trinity Ghoul, but I'm not making any progress on the quest. I see other posts about folks not being able to spend telemetry, but I can't even progress the initial "Prototype Tuning: Bowstring" quest given by Ada-1 on my first character. No idea what I'm doing wrong.
