Iv completed the onslaught gm a few times when its been on the mm part of firteam ops ,comes to pinnacles ops im normally with only 1 other player we dont even die just the playlist seems catered for ability spam and nothing else on ultimate .but I get what you mean about average players skill level ,which brings me onto the topic about the endgame being to tedious and out of reach for average players
But it could do with mm, comes to the gms that have mm i can solo them anyway have been already at my light level same as iv been farming the dungeon on -40 and done the gm alerts at my light level no issue ,ll means nothing in this game

The entire game is now very badly designed, so mountains of mess all mixed together, different dev ideas that don't mix. I believe portal was designed to make their life easier, probably due to the layoffs & Sony cutting budget, I also believe it was the homescreen for the destiny sequel called payback which was cancelled. I think portal was the home screen & keplar was the 1st location they built. I think their plan was to get us used to portal for 2 years, maybe 3, then pull portal away as it's own game, & cut base D2 away to lower game size & sell it as a standalone game like D1 is now. Not a terrible idea & I know they're doing their best under new rules & strings, but it's just not worked, especially with the changes of no levelling which negates the entire point of portal. Big few months for the future of bungie id bet. We find out if destiny has any form of a future, & if marathon is gonna succeed or bomb out. Could be a new future for all of us, or the end of everything we know.
