im forced to run max negatives. there's absolutely no room for positive modifiers. ever since start of season i never once before put on a single positive modifier. bc otherwise i cant get t4 at 400 and its easier to not put on a positive modifier than having to put on a negive bc that +10 to bulletsponge enemies is way harder than just not using positives. previously we had passive positives, just return to that and have positive modifiers not decrease activity score.
