Quest "Vessel of the Nine" gone and not longer available
I completed the quest "Vessel of the Nine" but encountered a bug that prevented the quest from progressing. I then abandoned the quests to try and restart them, but now the quest no longer appears and it's completely missing for me. How can I get this quest back?
