Hey there,
Thanks for getting in touch.
We have received reports of players being unable to use the newly-issued name change tokens. However, we've also received reports of some players being able to use them without any issues.
When possible, could you let us know whether you're still experiencing issues with the token you were granted? If you are, does the game still say you have no changes available?

The error has now been resolved, and I've been able to change my Bungie username. Thank you.

I logged into bungie.net with my Steam account. I clicked on settings. The Bungie name says: You do not have any name changes available. Recently checked

Not OP as well but it is telling me I have no name changes: "You do not have any name changes available. Your Bungie Name is SightedGuitar9#7047. For any questions regarding the name assigned to you, please visit bungie.net/crossplayguide."
