You only need 4 kills once. Heavy ammo finders, void reserves, truth, cataclysm nova bomb, you get 4-5 rockets twice or 3 times a game. Truth is still very good, I've done malfeasance quest 5-6 times, just keep invading from the midway point with at least 3 rockets, save super for the 4th kill. It's just about finding the right team to play against. Patience is key

if its 4 kills total I think just an invade with defense and a Hammerhead is enough (always pickup heavy each round) if its 4 kills on one invade I would do Daybreak (the flying solar warlock) + Hammerhead >> good defending team stay low/walking & unpredictable speed bursts with daybreak > its still strong (I used to play gambit with tracking rockets years ago and it was solid but it kinda stopped working for me.. a secondary option to hammerhead is my custom sticky grenade crowd pleaser =]) never chased Malfeasance myself but that has been successful for me in Gambit when I last played (sometime last season)
