Refund my money
I have asked for help multiple times to fix an error in the pale heart area. I was being return to orbit when playing overthrow in the pale heart with other players and now I'm being return to orbit all the time after being in the the area for a few seconds.
This is unacceptable Bungie. I paid $100 dollars for the DLC and you are not allowing me to play content that I paid for. I should get a refund just for the frustrating experience of not being allowed in the pale heart area. I can't do any activities in the pale heart without immediately being returned to orbit so refund my money. I don't even want you to even fix the problem anymore bc it will be a temporary fix and it will continue to happened in the future.
WTF >>>>JUST REFUND MY MONEY!!!

Contact the platform provider. Give them as much info as you can regarding your inability to access the content you’ve paid for. It’s upto them whether they give you a refund. Good luck 🤞. -
28 RespuestasIt's an error code bug, and you do realize if you've played at least an hour, then you usually won't get a refund. Also, bungie isn't the one that would give you the refund. You have to go through the platform you bought it through. Then it's still up to them if you've played it enough or not to warrant a refund.
