Bungie u need to innovate
This game is stuck.
You need to break the mold
A new gun/activity/cosmetics ain't gonna cut it
Think outside the box like u did with Prismatic

They did do fairly well with several things for The Final Shape, such as Prismatic as mentioned but also Ergo Sum, Xur's update, focusing at Master Rahool for new Exotics, Exotic Class Items combining two perks, and a 12-man final campaign mission. However, innovation isn't always good when it comes to the same period. For instance, there is the poorly implemented Pathfinder, the Act limited rotations for Grandmaster Nightfalls, the limited Season Pass rewards, and updating the look of Nessus but falling short of actually changing the patrol space. A lot of players have lost faith that Bungie can turn around, and with previous slights many decided to call it quits, so they need to do their best for new players if they can ever hope to dig out of the hole they have made for themselves, as long time players are leaving at an alarming rate.

They have a vast enough lore space to build on........ They're just awful at bringing it to life.

Give us dual wield weapons, give us loot with ultimate random rolls, don’t give us stuff to expect for example: complete random gear so exotics that aren’t specific to certain rolls, give us a higher tier than exotic like a red weapon or armour piece, custom shaders that we can make ourselves look how we want, more secret weapons, hidden missions and treasure hunts, a survival mode that gets progressively more difficult as the levels go on and make it so there is no end but make the rewards equally more beneficial, bring back prison of elders but in a different type of way, 12 man raids, 6 man nightfalls with matchmaking obviously ….there is so much you could do take things from other games and make them better (don’t copy them) don’t be afraid to get crafty or wild let the game breathe

Basic weapon with masterwork, origin trait, and enhanced intrinsic perks. So now for Frontiers, "to make re-skins interesting", basic weapon with masterwork with origin trait with enhanced intrinsic perks with enhanced magazines and barrels. D2 players are absolutely drowning in weapons while armor is obsolete. WTF are we doing here?

4 RespuestasPrismatic was one of the biggerst mistakes they ever did. It's basically euthanized a dying PvP and caused numerous technical problems in the rest of the game. They need to go back to making content that makes the majority of the player base [b]want [/b]to play, and make it enjoyable. And stop wasting time and resources on flamboyant gimmicks.

Unfortunately prismatic is just throwing things together that already existed. They really didn't no anything "innovated" and it's half baked because you can't use everything. But I do agree they need to try something new. Brand new, Fresh. Something we haven't seen before. But that would take too much work. They will continue to do the same stuff until the game dies.

Too late to innovate. Bungie's strat is now almost certainly to release just enough content to keep $$$$ rolling in for a few more years. The time for innovation is long gone. Won't happen.

I will play the next two episodes and see what's next, but the only reason I am playing them is because I paid for them, even a complete reset will not make people forget what they have done with this game, Destiny 3 in my opinion is not the answer.

5 RespuestasIt's way too late, and I say this because of what this business has done to the game has left a horrible impression on a huge part of the player base. This business's greed and catering to a tiny portion of their player base took over and it has ruined this game, and to top it off they still have their head in the damn sand to this very day with the flawed logic that making watchable content to support their streamer buddies that helped ruin this game, the useless people in this world is going to help the game. This^ is what you are dealing with. You are asking a business that doesn't know how to manage a game let alone their own business that destroyed a great studio to be intelligent enough to fix their game. It won't happen because they actually believe they are doing a great job and that's the -blam!- mindboggling part about all this. Destiny from 2014 went from people who had passion wanting to create a game for their player base to enjoy, to over the years upper management, streamers, and publishers destroying that. The game is ever-lasting change and it's been ever-lasting bad change and that is the actual problem here.
