If it says 'Mic required' and you DON'T have a mic, don't join. It's not rocket science. You're just wasting other people's time.

3 RespuestasI love making posts that say “Must have mic” There’s always that ONE guy out of the rest that join who has to type “No mic but I hear and type” It scares me sometimes 😂

1 RespuestaI just crouch up and down repeatedly to communicate. Works every time, half of the time.
If it says 'Mic required' and you DON'T have a mic, don't join. It's not rocket science. I’ll make sure my mods and every build is ready before I join I appreciate it if everyone does the same and respects other players time.

What for chief? I could emote you when it's time for you to take the chalice. That's all you need in this game /s

Absolutely loved doing the co-op missions in 3 man lfg, and always having the teammate with glyph touched not even having their sound turned on. Trading deaths out here just so I can type “Fleet. Witness” into the chat on ps, and hoping they even know what I’m talkin about

If you can't meet the requirements for a group, don't join it. You'd think that most people wouldn't struggle with this, given how simple a concept it is, but the Destiny community as a whole really seems to struggle with this very basic concept. If a group says "mic required" and you don't have a mic or don't want to use your mic, don't join up.
-
It depends. Most activities don't need mics. GMs and dungeons included. "Mic required" is as useless as putting "kwtd". Easy to ignore.
-
They should make the Mic Required text much bigger and in red text. And have the mic text appear in multiple places. Just something a bit more obvious for players that want to join. Sometimes I don’t think people can read one small requirement that is listed. Also bungie should make the mic channels better, too. Too often someone joins and nobody could hear each others due to the complications of the in-game voice chat channels not working properly.
-
Also if it says English only please don’t join if you don’t know English
-
1 RespuestaMic required needs a better verification. Like it checks for a detected mic and VC setting is on.
-
2 RespuestasWhy a psa tho? Isnt that common sense?
-
I smoke because it gives me knowledge
-
I agree but also the purpose of emotes having text is for a form of communication
-
Sometimes vc bugs and you need to close the post to hear people. Not that you don’t know that, but it is an annoying one.
-
Bump! 🤥
-
Sometimes game chat bugs out and the player can hear their teammates but can't talk to them unfortunately thus requiring the player to restart their game app. I usually text in game chat that I need to reset my game app to speak to the lfg team. Happened to me twice today on console.

Everyone has a mic, But not everyone wants to use it And if you join an activity like a raid that depends on communicating with other guardians to clear, you should expect to But for anything else besides duel destiny , comms are not nessecary
-
Some people have phobias or whatever about talking. Much like the dating world. Prepare to get catfished

1 RespuestaEditado por Andy-ALAW BEEP-BEEP: 7/17/2024 4:07:40 PMYou mustn’t be a Jedi Jedi,s don’t need mics

1 RespuestaUnless you're on the same skill level as Colonel Rakesh, always have a mic.
-
The raid tough us that the destiny community does not know their shapes. You are expecting to much out of this community if you think they should have read your post.
-
Had a couple people get mad at a 'no mic required, experience requested' group because they joined with mic and had no experience and they had no clue how to do this encounter and no one was using mic to tell them what to do.

9 Respuestas
If it says 'Mic required' and you DON'T have a mic, don't join. It's not rocket science. You're just wasting other people's time.
I made a post yesterday in a LFG for KWTD for 4th encounter on master and 3 people join who have never ran the encounter before and acted like they knew and didn’t take any responsibility when they messed up trading inside. Constantly heard “game is buggy” or “are the servers lagging” People wonder why no one wants to do sherpas its the vast majority of people who join posts like that, that give a bad name. And if anyone wants to see if im lying check my RR and look at my last SE raid there were people with 0 full clears

As are you with this post. People who can't read don't come here
