As stated in post the army of one nor the 3 kills by another guardian on your team count towards progression. I was actually sitting and 2/3 around this time last year and it has now reverted back to 0. I've also personally got the army of one multiple times between and have not received any quest progression. Please fix this issue there are multiple other complaints. Before you ask I do own forsaken as well as every other dlc available for purchase.
