My rig is a 4070ti and a 12600k with 32gb of ram. i'm getting at MOST 70fps in ultrawide 2k (before ITL i was getting 120+ max settings), drops into the 40s ESPECIALLY during the new missions on Nessus, and the stutters are so bad i cant trust what my eyes see on the screen. here's what i've done so far: updated bios (shouldnt matter i dont have a 14 series cpu but i did anyway), re-enabled XMP and BAR, DDU'd my nvidia drivers and reinstalled game ready driver 555.99 (most recent), and finally deleted and reinstalled Destiny through Steam. thermals are fine, power levels are fine, i havent change a single setting in-game. i need help with this its killing me.
