You have to do all encounters at least once so they're ticked off on the triumph, doesn't need to be a full run though.
You're missing bridge and ir yut (triumphs->legends->raids->crotas end->crotas end)

That's silly. Well thank you. We thought it was glitched because it worked for Nezarec (we didn't kill the 1st boss but we killed Nezarec and got the triumph)
