If you preordered there, you weren’t charged. If you did so on PlayStation and didn’t get refunded when your preorder was canceled, contact PlayStation to resolve your issue.

15 RespuestasCheck your bank account to make sure the store took your money. I think Microsoft & Sony don't actually charge your account until a couple of weeks before release.
