I never really got into CoD outside of the Zombies mode with friends. I wasn’t really good at it though.
For some reason I did get the 2019(?) remake of MW to play Spec Ops with friends, which I didn’t like.
My guess for why people keep buying CoD is the same reason people will buy Madden or FIFA every year. It’s the same thing with some changes here and there that warrant it to be a new installment.

Not to be that guy because I don't like fortnite but they should definitely copy off their book because they do a good job of keeping their $hit together in a timeline.
