I play on PS5 and typically get loaded into a full Xbox lobby. The desync is so utterly bad that there's no point in me even trying in that scenario. It's the norm now. Idk if it's just more ppl are still playing on Xbox, but I find it hard to understand how almost every game I'm the single PSN player in the lobby.

I agree a billion percent. There is a definite issue with cross console play. I’m on PlayStation and Xbox players in the lobby mean lagging issues, hyper speed movements, teleporting, ghost floating, terrible hit registrations, and more. It’s literally a situation where the consoles are just not mean to play together and Bungie needs to address this and remove it entirely. Or in the least if a player turns off cross play then not let it take 20 minutes to queue into a game.
