I've been running strand since Lightfall dropped and I've noticed on a couple occasions I'll use the Hunter dive to stun an unstoppable champion, it'll get suspended, but it won't become stunned. The sound effect doesn't play, the message doesn't come up, it's still tanky and you need to use another method to stun. It doesn't happen often enough to be a massive issue but I thought I might mention it.
