It’s not that good to begin with and this change would just make it extremely terrible. All you need is common sense and even the slightest bit of spatial awareness to avoid the tornado. Not to mention that the tornado is slow as hell. I already dislike using SnS as it rarely does anything useful, but this would essentially ensure that I never pick up stasis again. No offence intended.
