Hello guys, I'm a new player in Destiny 2, just clocked over 100 hours in this game and so far I'm loving it! I built a warlock, now lvl 1583, which is still low but I hit the powerful cap already and am working on pinnacles. When I created my characters I noticed that in HELM I was able to get some starter gear which put me up to lvl 1540 (as in a sense to catch up to other players, as far as I could understand) - the reward included a full armor set (albeit with poor stats, most of the stats going into INT) and an exotic armor piece (titan got a thundercrash one which isn't that bad). Well, I know from experience, when I deleted the characters a couple times (for aesthetic reasons), I was still able to collect the reward on each of those newly created characters. Then I picked up warlock and played it quite extensively now. Well I wanted to also create a titan but deleted the old character and now when I created the new titan, the 1540 level chest in HELM is gone? I wasn't aware about that and only deleted my previous titan because I wanted to roll a human instead of exo and since I deleted previous characters already and was always able to loot that chest at the beginning I didn't think this would change without some notice. Am I screwed? Also, I claimed a bunch of digital rewards from bungie site, linked epic accounts and all that to the website (I'm using steam), but received absolutely none of them even though the website claims that I have already claimed them.
