But aren’t you tired of always being expected to run well in a subclass that doesn’t even have aspects that gel with it. or how about being out damaged by shadowshot when Nova bombs only purpose is to deal damage. Isn’t tiring not being able to shatter your opponents outside your super. Maybe how Stormtrance gets stuck so easily when you have to waste precious time on one opponent. How many times have you been killed while casting rift because you were stuck in animation when all you needed was the regeneration to heal up and finish off your enemies. Remember these things and how they deplete our magic, how all anyone wants us to be is well slaves, sing like the sunsingers of old and join the choir to break our chains.

I know and these are all my frustrations, along with an analysis on how other classes having better abilities has destroyed our class identity, but I've tried playing other classes, and nothing matches Warlock in fun and mystique. They don't get Necrotic Grips, or Emperor Palpatine. They don't get to yeet [b]ALMIGHTY FIRE SWORDS[/b]. They can't use a literal wizard ice staff to freeze everything in a super called [b][i]Winter's Wrath[/i][/b]. They don't get to be a vampire with a little buddy that hungers and weakens. And that is why I play Warlock. Maybe I'm relegated to Well in Raids, and maybe Kamehamehaing giant servitors isn't as effective as spamming storm grenades or infinite invis on arc, but it sure does have a lot more flavor in the end.

Well said I don’t disagree with you at all and I question weather this will even work, but it seams like if we even want Bungie to pay attention and actually acknowledge theses disparities and do something about it we have to leverage the only thing we have left striking, because honestly I doubt streamers are going to say anything because it’s too controversial so in order for our words and disenchantment to even receive an audience from Bungie we’re going to have to get their attention. I’m so close to actually finally reaching the hard cap with armor, and I’d really like to do so for once, because RNG always stops me from going the distance but I think that this is important, because if you look at bungie’s record it’ll be eons if ever before they address any of this otherwise and I don’t want new lights to see this and think warlocks are only good for well, because we can and at times have been so much more (although it’s essentially been since forsaken since that was the case)

That’s the beauty of doing it now, it’s the end of the season so content is pretty much said and done, so it’s unlikely we’ll actually miss anything, their player numbers are down so if a strike happens it’s more effective (less chances of them actually being able to ignore it) and also a lot of other games in a similar field are circulating so we’ll have an easier time of occupying ourselves until we get a response. If true they’re trying to organize a community event for the end of the season and that could break this but if we spread the word or if it’s already a thread on Reddit and hashtag on twitter and we hold the line through it Bungie will have to come to the negotiating table all the sooner and at least admit to the discrepancies and be forced to act on it under threat of another strike. I’m not asking you to stop forever because that would be hypocrisy coming from me in almost every regard, just until Bungie is willing to admit they made a mistake and are working on solutions and will keep the community informed and engaged on the changes (cause lord knows Bungie will try and be slick and admit it just so it rolls over, so supervision is required). I’m not going to push you any further on this, cause you need to do what’s best for you, but please consider it even if it’s just till the community event or next season. Thank you for hearing me out.
