Bug Report - Peacekeeper Exotic Boots (Titan), movable parts move inconsistently in 1st and 3rd person view
As far as I know the "hull and mag" should open and show up all the time when you hold a SMG in your hands, but right now it doesn't. Sometimes the Hull + Mag is clipping into the "close" animation when switching weapons and stays most of the time closed
