My clan was founded years ago by a complete lunatic who has some... controversial opinions/habits that Bungie has made pretty clear won't be tolerated in Destiny. In the beginning, all my clanmates (and myself) were equally insane, but years have passed and most of us have thankfully grown past those beliefs and behaviors-- the clan founder not included. He no longer plays and hasn't enjoyed the game since pre-Beyond Light, but since he was a control freak he never gave anyone the power to administrate the clan in his absence, and now we're stuck with a clan profile that would make most people turn and run despite it grossly misrepresenting the values of the players in the clan today. In any other game we would just jump ship and make a new clan, but we've got banners dating back to Y2 that we all enjoy having and would be loathe to lose, so I was wondering if there was a way to appeal Bungie to manually transfer clan foundership to someone else. My clan loves this game, and we want to expand our little community, but it's hard when we're stuck with a crappy -blam!- joke front and center in our clan page.
