138 Respuestasi love how people say there shouldnt be a flawless pool are the same people who say its end game pvp but yet dont want to face their peers that are just as good as them. If its end game it should feel like flawless pool all the time for everyone. thats how that works. But guess what its not end game pvp its top players farming less skilled players.

2 RespuestasSimple solution, once you go flawless you are in the flawless pool, period. If you want to play with non flawless players after that then they are stuck in the flawless pool with you by their own choice. My understanding is the cry baby elite side was upset when it was an immediate flawless pool because then they couldn’t carry their friends. Mostly, I dislike PvP as a whole. But everyone complains about MM in this game until trials is brought up and then it becomes the “less skilled” complaining about MM while the elitist who normally also complain about MM just say “get good”.

2 RespuestasTiered flawless pools. Every flawless card puts you in a higher tier. People will get better rewards for higher tiers to encourage the ones who should move higher to do so, the super sweats can compete together The mid range people will also be together The people like myself who need a lucky card to get a single flawless card would also be in an appropriate tier. Everyone can earn a flawless, better players can get more and everyone can carry on after getting their first flawless. Or a league system in a similar way which could carry across multiple seasons or weeks

That is kind of the point if trials in a way its meant to be hard hence trials Not exactly called the cakewalk of osiris
-
You, Im assuming a player that doesnt play trials often, are getting paired with people who play often? Im confused where the issue is. They play trials way more then you and have better stats.. thats how it works..
-
Why honestly so you don’t face better players and still can get your loot ? Lol
-
I don’t think so.. because there is good solution and that will restrict playing with friends and bungie ain’t about that life

I have yet to reset this season but I’ve 100% done it before, just not all the time. Sometimes I just like to do double help off LFG. I’m not good enough to do doubles in the flawless pool (I don’t know many who can, honestly), so I’ll just reset my card. I could care less about my stats. I play primarily solo and just enjoy playing how I play. I have nothing to play Trials for and would rather just help two people get to the Lighthouse for the first time and what not.

1 RespuestaThere's no point to playing Trials unless PvP is all you play. Even then, there is a massive list of issues plaguing Crucible in general so much so I just ask why would anyone play Destiny solely for PvP? That's just straight up torture. I can understand when you're bored. But damn. But if that's the case and you live solely on PvP, you need a dedicated team that you can routinely practice with. This applies in any game. Digital or in real life

1 RespuestaBecause "good" players are terrified of an actual fair fight.

16 RespuestasEditado por whateverman7: 4/5/2022 8:28:31 PMSaw another poster say something I agree with: a way to stop resetting could be once you get 7 wins on a card, you go to the lighthouse, no matter if you have a lost or not. If it's a weapon that week, give them a non adept version. For flawless people, give them 2x the drops at the lighthouse, adept weapons, some type of buff for extra drops after matches for the weekend, and a special glow. That way people would have an incentive to finish a card, while letting flawless people feel special and getting extra stuff. Bungie could just make it a trials lab one weekend to see the results of it. Think we'd see more people play trials and less resetting.

2 RespuestasAfter reading some comments I understand yes ppl need help in trials to get loot, in fact it's part for the flawless triumph to carry people to the light house. Which I have done but you can not compare helping someone in pve to pvp. In pve there is mechanicanics that can be learned and taught plus multiple teammates that constantly help each other along the way. But in PVP its different, even though your a team everyone is expected to carry their own weight, especially in 1 v1 or 1v2 situations. Your own skill level matters and can determine if your team loses or wins. Where in pve you can wipe and try again and again until you have mechanicanics right. In competitive pvp not so much , your either good , bad or somewhere in between. There's more of a though process in pvp than pve when you start playing at higher level. People complain about well I should get loot even when I lose, you do. Just not adept loot and if you want that then you must get better!

1 RespuestaUnfortunately bungie doesn't care about pvp, it has been 2 years and 6 + months and we haven't get any new map. Apparently they're going to add a new map next season, at this point bungie could let the community makes new/custom maps and game modes. The way to fix trials: IMO, trials should have his own maps, lighthouse is kind of boring (it should be a social space as before in D1 and a new location, something interesting about it), remove flawless pool but in order to do that, a lot of players have to play trials and more stuffs...
-
The matchmaking in general needs to be addressed. I was on 5 wins last week and played 3/4 teams in a row who went flawless that game. We already weren't flawless ourselves but on 5 wins and not flawless, playing people on their lighthouse game is ridiculous.
-
1 RespuestaPossible stupid question incoming: Does the flawless pool reset every time trials is available, or is it a seasonal pool? I’m not a strong PVP player and I actually got flawless last time with a random group and I was just curious if I have a chance to do it again.
-
60 RespuestasRemove flawless pool. Problem solved.
-
1 RespuestaEditado por Chunk: 4/6/2022 10:20:41 AMBungie can see all of this, they know who's resetting to stay outta flawless pool, n if some players are that good, trust they could do it in the flawless pool.
-
3 RespuestasReseting the card doesn't do anything, they're just playing on a flawed card. That's kinda what you're expecting going into trials so late in the week. You either get all solos or stacks trying to farm wins. Nothing you can change is gonna stop people from farming stats, so just get some friends together and hand them a loss.

2 Respuestas2 sides are Right, flawless pool is great for players that need a little helping hand. On the other side flawless pool makes the good players sweat so hard it crazy. I’m gunna sit on the fence and say, Flawless pool is good and helps less skilled players out which is good for the health of trials but, in saying this the flawless pool needs emblems to earn extra rare guns and more ornaments for trails weapons and armour to incentivise players to keep running games in the flawless pool. Throw those extra flexes in the flawless pool and they will come. Besides trials needs a massive refresh as does glory there’s no real reason to go flawless atm anyways, same guns same armour nothing new to chase no incentive to play.

19 RespuestasSo you wait to have easier games but complain when others do the same?

9 RespuestasTrials fix that (maybe some) people can agree on. 1. Remove Flawless Pool 2. Access to the Lighthouse for any 7 win card even if you have losses. 3. A Flawless Card grants 2x lighthouse loot, a Flawless Buff (lasts all week regardless of card/loss) that grants bouns drops for the rest of the week, including additional cosmetics, mods, engrams, materials, armor, adept weapons and titles etc... yay or nay ?
-
2 RespuestasEasy fix, card cannot be reset.
-
Then make flawless pool either not a thing, or actually worth it. Loot isn’t worth it and it removes replayability.

*flawless pool needs to be addressed fixed it
