So after I got my Glaive I had some other drops that went to the postmaster. Tried to get them, and I can't. I click on it and it dings like it went to inventory but nothing shows and then it shows back up at the postmaster. After this I started to be unable to interact with Rahol and now it's spread over to Banshee and Zavala. I can get into their dialog menus but that's as far as I can go. Nothing is able to be interacted with. This issue started Wednesday morning and hasn't cleaned up yet.
