I live in Canada and as of now my Collectors Edition has just left customs and is on its way to me, however, it has a time frame of 1-12 days to arrive. I have already logged on and have played the intromission, however, I am now locked out of the content because I do not have the deluxe edition code to gain me access to the content. I don't understand why these were not shipped earlier, or the code was not sent with the pre-order bonuses and the 30th-anniversary content which I already received. I know it's a long shot but Is there any way I could get a code for a standard edition or something so I can be able to play a game I paid $400 CAD for?
