Harbinger's Echo Sparrow
I completed the Corrupted Omelette triumph but I didn't receive the Harbinger's Echo Sparrow as a reward. I also cannot pull it from collections as it is still greyed out. It also was not in my post master at any point. Any idea how I can fix this?

You're actually missing one in the Keep of Honed Edges still. https://www.d2checklist.com/3/4611686018491332685/checklist Once this last Egg is destroyed and you return to orbit, the Sparrow should be available in your Collections.
