Now that Gjallarhorn is back, and better than ever, it's time to do away with the arbitrary boss damage reduction present on Eyes of Tomorrow. Seriously, it's not even like it'd be remotely like Gally anymore. Re-tune the damage so that a baseline volley will still hit hard but not as hard as Gjallarhorn, but make it hit [i]way[/i] harder with Adaptive Ordinance, hard enough to justify using the previous round to clear trash, because right now, it's overkill on mobs and nigh worthless against anything else.
