No I dont. I invest and have several rental properties. You're all just here for my entertainment untill I can travel the world post pandemic.

And currently saving for my next one. If you dont think that is attainable quite easily, then you need to reassess your work ethic, line of work, or saving/investment habits. If you do every get there- I suggest buying a duplex or triplex first as your main home using an fha or va if you have access to it.
