uhhhh no Pulse/Auto buffs???
How exactly does bungie think that Pulse and Autos are so much stronger in PvE that they don’t deserve a buff, while scouts and hand cannons do?
I mean if you’ve played/farmed a grandmaster you could argue Scouts are one of the strongest primaries in the pve game....so if those got a buff, surely my Shadow price that takes like half a magazine to kill a single red bar in endgame content deserves one too.

1 RespuestaScouts and hand cannons did have lowest dps of all primaries. Also precision frame AR are the worst of all the AR, but still outperformed scouts and hand cannons. Main merit for scouts was range and hand cannons excelled for overloads due to explosive rounds, but can’t say too much else there. Pvp ends up in an entirely different set of balancing for guns so what I said only applies to pve.

ARs are fine where they’re at IMO and I use several. Pulses could use a little love though. Was hoping for anti-barrier mod for pulses this season but it doesn’t seem to be in the cards. Scouts and HCs did need a bump to be more competitive in PVE. If they’d put a catalyst out for Thorn I’d run Thorn/Grips all the time. I love it but lack of orbs is lame.

Yup. 450 autos are trash, and pulses need some love all around. Maybe next season…

3 RespuestasScouts I get but I could never figure out why they buffed hand cannons. They are dominate in both pve and pvp, maybe 180s needed a buff but everything else was fine. I'd say scouts and pulses were generally to week, especially the slower firing ones.

5 RespuestasGoing out on a limb here.....what if the new Seasonal Artifact puts a buff of some sort on a subclass EG "VOID Weapon Damage Increased" - wouldn't Gnawing Hunger and Last Perdition become a little crazier especially with Rampage ? But it's just speculation...just have to wait and hope....

I suppose the ‘logic’ is Bungie wanting you to feel they are giving you a precious gift. Meanwhile I’ll be vaulting my scouts later today since no champion mods for them 😭

Could not disagree more. Scouts suck. Only reason they are used is because of anti barrier scout. That's it.

every weapon type needs a buff. supers need buffs too. so do our exotic armor pieces

That's only because in end game content being close is death. Scouts arent the go to because they're good, its because you want to stay far back. Domt get me wrong, pulses really need a buff but not so much autos
