Glacial Whisper shader not dropping from arsenic bite
So you can get both distant earth and glacial whisper from arsenic bite dismantles or at least that's what I have been tolled. I have dismantled easily over 100 arsenic bites with glacial whisper and it has never dropped. Is this a bug or am I just in a drought?
