Hello, I redeemed the code for the Bungie Rewards Penguin Souvenir Figurine. I added it to my cart on the Bungie Store and applied the code, but when I did, I got the following error. xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart ( For this message, i replaced the code with Xs. ) not sure why, only thing i can think of is the first part has 5 characters in it and the rest all has 4. How do i get a valid code since the one i have from the rewards email does not work.
