Matrix Jubilee emblem
Hello,
I recently participated in the loot crate destiny europa loot box purchase which was advertised to come with the 'Matrix Jubilee' emblem.
Upon receiving the crate, I did not receive the emblem. Or an emblem code.
I've contacted loot crate about this and now reaching out to you nice people at bungie for help with this. :)
All I need is my code for the emblem, it was the reason I bought the crate.. for the emblem..
I am an emblem collector in destiny 2.
So as you can see it is quite disheartening not receiving it.

1 RespuestaHey, I messaged Loot Crate Customer Shpport and received the below: “... Thank you for contacting us! We're getting the emblem codes set up subscribers who ordered crate #1 "Earth" and/or Crate #2 "Europa". We're just finishing up the last details before we can send codes out. This is taking a little longer than we originally anticipated, but we're close. The codes will be sent over by email April 20 - 30th. If you don't see an email from us in your inbox, spam folder, or promotions folder by April 30th please let us know. We'll make sure you get your code. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions, please let me know so I can assist you further.” Hopefully this helps. Thanks

5 RespuestasAllo there, You'll need to work with Loot crate support as it's them offering the emblem and not Bungie. They should be able to ship you a code.
