I came up with an idea for Heart of the Praxic Fire 1. While Well of Radiance is active, your ability cooldowns are greatly decreased 2. If your super is full when you die, you can consume all of your super energy and all ability energies to revive yourself (Balance- Unlike old revival, you lose your grenade, rift, and melee until they recharge)
