Just equipped Huckleberry for the first time in a while since SMGs are feeling better on console and noticed that the rampage perk isn't staying active. You [b]do[/b] appear to get increased damage if you keep the trigger held down i.e. when "ride the bull" is active, but rampage does not appear as an active perk when you get a kill on-screen. Hopefully this gets taken note of soon because it's so nice to be able to use SMGs on console right now.
