(Apologies for the loud noise in the background in the video, my mic was unplugged) Background: So I started playing d2 about a month or so ago and I've logged over 150 hours on the game. During those hours I've experienced random frame drops that I really can't explain or even try to fix anymore. At times it feels like frame drops and other times it feels like stutters, the game runs around 144 fps for a while and then will drop anywhere down to 119 to 128 fps, which isn't bad, but the drop-down to that causes the game to stutter and it is quite frustrating. I've tried a number of fixes and I'm feeling quite restless at this point because none of them seemed to work. The even weirder part is that some days the issue does not occur and the game runs a perfect 144 fps without moving at all. Plus, my specs are far beyond the recommended specs for the game. Anyways as you can see in the video, the game will run at 144, then sporadically drop down to lower frames and cause a stutter. Please if anyone has any idea how to fix this it would be much appreciated. Specs: i7-9700k GTX 1660 6gb VRAM 16gb DDR4 3200Mhz 2 500gb Samsung SSD's
