So... does anyone else's Shiver Strike dissappear while using the stasis Titan super?

I'm just curious if this is happening to other people or not.
There are times when the main melee attack literally doesn't work: it doesn't appear charged on the HUD, which means I can only do the ground pound for actual damage.
